PILATES PERSONAL TRAINING PHYSICAL FITNESS FOCUSED ON FUSION OF MIND AND BODYPilates is a physical fitness system that focuses on creating a fusion of mind and body through proper breathing, mental concentration, and carefully controlled exercises. The practice targets strengthening of the core postural muscles, thereby keeping the body balanced and providing spinal support. I have completed the prerequisite course hours for certification as a Pilates instructor and have my own Pilates studio equipped with the special apparatus used in Pilates practice. I offer one on one personal training to assist my clients in gaining the many benefits fo this unique exercise system. TRX® SUSPENSION TRAINING Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
